Today the Chinese Ambassador paid an official visit to Kano Chamber of Commerce. He was received by the President, First Deputy President and Council Members and staff.
Accompanied by Chinese Business men, the ambassador expressed happiness with the warm welcome accorded him. He added that Kano is home to many Chinese investments
The Chinese officials indicated interest in having Nigerian goods exported to China especially agric commodities like sesame and cashew nuts.
An appeal was made to the ambassador to open a consulate office in Kano and for the Chinese businesses to invest in Kano’s solid minerals, agriculture and renewable energy sector..
